Attention: also called joboptions in InDesign 4 (CS2). Because of the central management of the joboptions, you will see them as well in Distiller 7/8/9/X/XI as in all CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC applications, but it is very important to select the correct joboptions specific for InDesign CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC and not to use those from Distiller 7/8/9/X/XI in InDesign CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC !!!
Therefore a clear distinction in the naming of the joboptions is made:
_1v4.joboptions = only to be used in Distiller 7/8/9/X/XI
_1v4_IND4.joboptions = only to be used for InDesign CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC direct export
